Accordingly, NIH strongly encourages applications from the following institutions Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), Tribally Controlled Colleges and Universities (TCCUs), Hispanic Serving Institutions, and Alaska Native and Native Hawaiian Serving Institutions.
